GENERAL PROVISIONS
These rules are mandatory for all Users of the game "Caliber" ("Caliber"/ "Game"). Monitoring of compliance with the Rules of Conduct is carried out by 1C-777 Limited and its authorized representatives (collectively, the “Administration”), as well as Moderators. Please note that these rules and restrictions are not exhaustive and do not cover all possible options of offensive or inappropriate behaviour.
1C-777 Limited reserves the right to restrict any User's access to the Game and other game resources at any time in the event of any violation of the Rules of Conduct, the EULA or other rules of 1C-777 Limited.
The Administration has the right to change or delete any information posted in violation of the Rules of Conduct, the EULA or other rules of 1C-777 Limited.
Below are some of the restrictions that may apply to the User in the event of violations:
* Enabling read-only mode – disabling the ability to send messages in the Game and in-game chats for a period from one hour to permanent (indefinite) blocking.
* Blocking access to the Game or the Account as a whole for a period from one hour to permanent (indefinite) blocking.
* Removal of Game elements, Game achievements, as well as revocation of Rights to non-activated data and commands, including the rights to use in-game currency, premium account, without compensation (including in the form of returning the Account to the state that existed before the corresponding violation) - in case of their receipt in violation of the Rules of Conduct, the EULA, other rules of 1C-777 Limited or the terms of relevant contests and promotions.
Please note that repeated and multiple violations may result in more strict restrictions, including a permanent ban on your Account. Premium does not grant Users any privileges when restrictions are applied, and will not be paused or refunded in such cases. Management reserves the right to determine restrictions for each specific violation.
If the rules do not specify automatic monitoring for certain categories of violations, complaints about the actions of Users, the Administration and Moderators are submitted by sending messages to https://playcaliber.com/en/feedback/.
1. PROHIBITIONS IN THE GAME
In the Game, in voice and text chats, as well as in the official groups of the Game on social networks, the following actions are prohibited:
1.1. The use of profanity, veiled profanity, other obscene language, insulting other people.
Obscene language includes veiled profanity, including obscene words and phrases written with grammatical errors or intentional replacement, separation or deletion of characters. Rude, abusive and offensive language that violates communication culture norms is also prohibited.
1.2. Posting information aimed at distracting Users from the topic of conversation and the Game (flood).
1.3. Begging (requests to transfer real money, game gold, game values, etc.) in any form, aimed at individual or all Users.
1.4. Use of another User's Account, sale, transfer, purchase of an Account, including by exchange or gift.
It is prohibited to post information, including information in voice and text chat, containing the intention to transfer, sell or purchase an Account or the Rights to non-activated data and commands, including the rights to use in-game currency, characters and Premium Account, to another User.
1.5. The use of insults that sow discord on the basis of race, nationality, religion or gender.
1.6. Dissemination of Personal Information of third parties, including home addresses, phone numbers, passport data, without their consent.
1.7. Posting false information about the Game, the Administration, Moderators, Users and other persons.
1.8. Extortion or blackmail of Personal Information from Users, including usernames and passwords from Accounts or e-mail.
It is prohibited to post information of any nature for the purpose of gaining access to User Accounts and personal data, carrying out financial scams and electronic fraud. Such information includes, but is not limited to:
* placement of links to third-party resources disguised as official resources of 1C-777 Limited;
* sending Users any personal messages on behalf of the Administration and Moderators, including an offer to transfer data or install software;
* impersonating Administration representatives or Moderators.
1.9. Placement of pornographic and erotic materials or links to them in the Game.
1.10. Direct or indirect promotion of narcotic substances and alcohol.
1.11. Threats against Users, Administration, Moderators or other persons.
1.12. Placement of advertising messages of any kind, including offers regarding bonus codes, Rights to non-activated data and commands, including in-game currency and premium accounts, leveling Accounts, help in the Game, etc. Among other things, such violations include the placement of information in the form of links to Internet sources, with the exception of links to the sources of 1C-777 Limited. Discussion of other games is also not allowed.
1.13. Discussion of issues of modern politics as deliberately provoking conflicts. It is also prohibited to lead discussions about military history to current political topics.
1.14. Insulting the Administration or Moderators, as well as discussing their actions in any form.
1.15. Provoking Users to violate the Rules of Conduct, the EULA and other rules.
1.16. Unsportsmanlike conduct in any form, including informing members of the opposing team about the location of their team's operatives. Unsportsmanlike conduct also includes the cases specified in paragraph 2.1 of the Rules of Conduct.
1.17. Dissemination of information that is directly or indirectly related to organizations, historical or political figures convicted by international tribunals or recognized as terrorist, socially dangerous and illegal. Among other violations are the use of Nazi symbols, terms and designations (for example, “SS”), as well as the names of relevant historical figures.
1.18. Use of the following nicknames, clan tags and names, and other names in the Game directly or indirectly:
1.18.1. violating clause 1.17;
1.18.2. those which sow discord on the basis of race, nationality, religion or gender;
1.18.3. containing obscene, rude, abusive or offensive expressions or abbreviations;
1.18.4. directly or indirectly related to sexual intercourse or violence;
1.18.5. relating to the description of the body, its biological functions or features of development;
1.18.6. containing intellectual property objects of third parties without the consent of the copyright holders;
1.18.7. containing information that may lead to an erroneous perception of this User as a representative of the Administration or Moderators;
1.18.8. containing direct or indirect propaganda of narcotic substances or alcohol;
1.18.9. containing a guide to actions prohibited by the EULA, the Rules of Conduct, other rules of the company 1C-777 Limited or the law.
If the name violates the Rules of Conduct, it can be changed by the user themselves or through a request submitted to Support.
If the user uses a name that violates the Rules of Conduct, Management reserves the right to unilaterally change that name. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change a user’s nickname in case of their inactivity. An inactive account is one that has last been used by the owner more than 6 months ago.
1.19. The use or dissemination of information about methods of damage to the Game, the Administration, Users or other persons (bots, map bugs, information about vulnerabilities in the game client or websites, etc.).
1.20. Getting the game elements, game achievements, as well as the Rights to non-activated data and commands, including rights to use the in-game currency, characters, and a premium account, in violation of the Rules of Conduct, of the EULA, other rules of the company 1C-777 limited or the rules of the specific promotions and contests.
1.21. Dissemination of any information about the Games and plans for their development considered confidential. Such information includes any information not published as official news or press releases on the Game's Site.
1.22. Using the Game in ways not provided for in the EULA or the Rules of Conduct.
1.23. Actions or posting of information that, in the opinion of the Administration, violate the law, norms of morality and ethics, or are undesirable.
2. SPECIFICS OF INDIVIDUAL VIOLATIONS
Please note that any violation of the rules stated in item 2.1 may result in a suspension from the game or an Account ban.
2.1. Along with other forms of unsportsmanlike behaviour, the following is prohibited:
2.1.1. Dealing damage to allies (“friendly fire”) or eliminating allied operatives (“teamkill”), if technically possible.
2.1.2. Fixed fights or similar actions of any kind.
2.1.3. Running more than one copy of the Game on the same device, except in cases of simultaneous use of the test and current versions of the Game.
3. MODERATORS
3.1. The Moderator is a voluntary assistant to the Administration. Moderators are selected by the Administration independently and are not subject to discussion.
3.2. Moderator's Responsibilities:
3.2.1. to control the communication in the official groups of the game on VKontakte, Facebook, Instagram, Discord and other platforms;
3.2.2. apply restrictions to Users who violate the EULA, the Rules of the Conduct or other rules of 1C-777 Limited.
3.3. The Moderator is not obliged to:
3.3.1. answer questions from Users (answers to questions are given at the discretion of the Moderator);
3.3.2. warn the User about the application of restrictions in case of violations – post-moderation applies (warning the User about the application of restrictions remains at the discretion of the Moderator);
3.3.3. explain to Users the reasons why a particular restriction was imposed.
The User acknowledges and agrees that 1C-777 Limited has the right to change these Rules of Conduct unilaterally by publishing notices of such changes on the Site and/or by email and/or in the Game. The notification is considered received by the User one day after the publication of such notification on the main page of the Site or in the news section. The continued participation of the User in the Game process means acceptance of the changed terms of the Rules of Conduct.
