Halloween is back!

You’ll have to venture into the dark, dangerous Cursed Forest. Full of frights, escaping it won’t be easy. You’ll have to complete several objectives while fighting demonic foes on your way to freedom, defeat new highly dangerous enemies, and strike down the ultimate bosses: Deimos and Phobos.

The event will take place from October 23 to November 20.

Can you overcome the nightmares that await you? The heroes who manage to snatch victory from the demons’ jaws will receive a well-deserved reward: event currency to use in the special store.

Shadows of Fear mode is based on Onslaught mode, but has several key differences.

Threatening enemies hide in the Cursed Forest. To successfully eliminate them, you need to work together with your team. Coordinate your movements, cover and heal the wounded, keep an eye on your ammo, and don’t forget to pick up ammo from fallen enemies.

The Supply Center is aware of the looming danger, and have created some tools to effectively deal with a threat of such scale. These tools are Special Reserves designed specifically for Shadows of Fear.

These Special Reserves can be obtained by completing stages of the Daily objectives or purchased in the store.

Team Reserves can also be exchanged for the Silver Bullets and Golden Armor Reserves.

Play Shadows of Fear mode to obtain currency and spend it in the event store!

This time, you’ll be earning not one, but two currencies: Sinister Pumpkins and Clan Tokens.

The former is a personal reward, while the latter is automatically added to your clan’s «piggy bank». As soon as your clan saves up enough Clan Tokens, the Clan Leader will be able to purchase the Scarecrow Epic Outfit for all Clan Members.

Sinister Boosters help you increase the payout of Sinister Pumpkins and Clan Tokens. They only activate upon a victory in the mode, and quintuple the amount of obtained currencies.

Sinister Boosters can be obtained by completing the 1st stage of the Weekly objectives, or purchased in the event store.

Clan Tokens are only added to the clan bank if you’re a member of a clan. The currency doesn’t transfer when changing clans.

Team standings are important to the clan. You’ll be able to see how many Clan Tokens were obtained by your clan in total on the Clan screen or the Store screen. How many tokens did you and your friends earn? It doesn’t matter: move together towards the common goal. That’s the only thing that matters!

Besides the aforementioned Special Reserves and Boosters, the Showcase will feature the Scarecrow Epic Outfit for Medic Travnik, Halloween Containers, Credits, Fragments, XP boosters, and Team Reserves.

The Scarecrow outfit can only be purchased by the clan leader using Clan Tokens. All clan members will receive the reward.

Halloween Containers can have thematic Outfits, Emotes, Camos, the Ghoul Execution, the Nightmare HQ Background, Credits, Fragments, Team Reserves, and Emblems.

Besides the familiar customization elements, you’ll have the chance to obtain special ones, made specifically for this year’s Halloween.

The Cursed Pumpkin has been relegated, but there are now also pumpkins of higher rarity. The rarest pumpkin is the purple. If you see someone with that Emote, remember: that player’s been very lucky.

All unused Sinister Pumpkins, Sinister Boosters, and Special Reserves will be automatically converted into Credits at the end of the event. Active Premium provides a more profitable exchange rate.

Clan Tokens will be converted into Extra Clan Points.
