Storm Squad Battle Pass: SEK Support

On October 8, the second SEK operator will become available in Caliber—Support Eisen.

You can get him by completing the Iron Will Episode of the Storm Squad Battle Pass. You will have three weeks to complete the Episode: from the release day to October 29.

In the first article of this cycle, we told you about the context, the new Electrified effect, and the features of the new Battle Pass.

Now, it’s time to meet the new Support.

You can quickly move to any section through the navigation tab on the left part of the screen.

SUPPORT EISEN

Eisen is a real fortress on the battlefield. He absorbs damage, protects his allies, and lead his team forward with confidence. This operator is the most effective in conjunction with his fireteam and unleashes his potential while being close to allied players.

CARAPACE ABILITY

When using his ability, Eisen gains a special Shielded effect. The effect is determined by how much Stamina the operator has upon activation.

In other words, all received damage depletes his Stamina and not Armor or Health. The effect remains active until Stamina is depleted or the ability duration ends.

The shield takes 8 times more damage.

Upgrades will reduce the ability's activation cost and cooldown, as well as decrease Stamina consumption per damage point. Also, there is an additional effect: when the ability is active, HP will slightly restore while the operator is out of battle.

EQUIPEMENT

His primary weapon is a modified HK33E assault rifle with 60-round drum magazine.

It has a vertical grip for mid-range accuracy, and a laser sight which decreases spread.

In comparison with other Supports’ weapons, this rifle inflicts higher damage and has a low rate of fire which makes its recoil more predictable and allows to shoot more accurately while aiming.

HK P30 secondary weapon. The same pistol as Assault Faust has: a reliable last resort weapon with high body and headshot damage. The weapon is equipped with a collimator sight for a more accurate shooting.

TASER ELECTROSHOCK SPECIAL GEAR

Every SEK operator can inflict the Electrified effect.

Eisen does this by using his favorite Taser electroshock weapon.

Taser fires projectiles that can attach to a surface or to an operator. Upon attachment, press RMB: the projectile will explode and create a dangerous area with the Electrified effect.

This is a multipurpose control tool: you can block doorways, cover important objects on the map, and drive enemies out of their covers.

You can also attach a projectile to your teammate but be careful: the Electrified effect can be inflicted on anyone.

You can expand the projectile’s area of effect, increase the number of projectiles, add the Slowed effect to Electrified, and increase damage. Of course, you have to take one step at a time: choose the upgrades you need and adjust Taser to your playstyle.

UPGRADES

Besides ability and special gear upgrades, Eisen will also receive other bonuses: increased HP, SP, and AP, increased Sprint or Movement Speed, enhanced Combat Reserves, and another several useful upgrades.

Upgrade #5-1

Eisen passively recovers Armor for each allied operator in a 10 m radius. He recovers 5 AP every 5 seconds for each allied operator, so the maximum is 15 AP/5 sec.

UPGRADES: LEVEL 14

On level 14, you’ll have to choose one upgrade from three available. One of them increases base Stamina of the operator, and the other two offer something new.

Upgrade #14-1. When Stamina drops below 300 SP, Eisen receives immunity to the negative Slowed and Trapped effects.

Upgrade #14-2. When Stamina drops below 300 SP, Eisen receives a 10% Movement Speed boost in any condition.

PERSONAL SKILL

Reverse Armor is a personal skill which increases your resilience. Each subsequent incoming bullet decreases the received bullet damage by 5/7/10% (depending on the skill level). The effect is stacked up to 30% and lasts 3 seconds after receiving damage.

IRON WILL EPISODE

Eisen’s Episode will become available on October 8 and can be purchased in the game client as well as on our website.

Make sure to complete the Episode and get all rewards before it ends! You can track the remaining time directly in the game.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is the XP required for Episode progression awarded?

The gauge is filled with XP equal to base XP granted for participating in battles. After buying an Episode, you'll earn +10% of that Episode's XP while playing it. Active Premium increases Battle Pass XP gained by 30%.

So, if you earn 1000 basic XP (base XP gained after the battle without Premium and other boosters applied), your Battle Pass XP gauge will also be filled by 1000 points.
Why do I need more XP to complete this Episode?

Previously, all Episodes were available simultaneously, and players had to make an effort to complete them all in time. Now, Episodes are released one after another: each one lasts three weeks which gives you more time to complete it.
Can levels be bought?

Yes. You can buy the required amount of levels. This can be done by opening a Battle Pass Episode window in the game client and clicking on the level gauge. A Purchase Level button will appear to the right of the artwork depicting the rewards’ content.

The price of levels is proportional to the amount of XP needed for the next level. Exchange rate: 1 Coin for 10 Battle Pass XP.

That means that you can buy a level even if you have already gained some XP towards the next level.
What will happen if I complete the free section of the Episode, then buy the paid one?

All the rewards for the paid section of the Episode will be added to your account automatically. You won’t have to play through the Episode again.
I’ve bought an Episode on the website, but haven’t gotten XP for the Battle Pass. What should I do?

Episodes of Storm Squad Battle Pass are sold without XP.

Purchasing it only grants an access to the paid part of the Episode—you still need to earn XP by playing the game.
When will the SEK operators become available for purchasing after the Episode ends?

The SEK operators can become available for purchasing on the website shortly after the Episode or the entire Battle Pass end. Later, they will become available in the game client for Coins, but the time margins haven’t been finalized yet.

Currently, you can purchase Assault Faust only on the website.
I open Battle Pass Containers but I don’t receive items for Eisen. Why?

All new customization items for Eisen will automatically become available after reaching Episode level 100. They can’t be obtained from containers.
