Patch notes 0.12.3

Update 0.12.3 is all about rebalancing the PvE game modes. Special Operation mode was significantly updated: we rearmed the bots and increased their health indicators. The Amal Harbor map became more difficult in both Special Operations and Clearing: the win rate on those is expected to be reduced soon. On the other hand, Onslaught becomes a little easier on Fighter and Veteran difficulty levels.

Among the small but important improvements, we recorded the voice acting for all the operators’ emotes and made a new — better — fire effect.

Fixed a bug that caused execution animation to play twice if you execute Almaz while reviving an ally.

SEAL

Support Bourbon

The M79 special gear model in the Old School outfit has been changed.

Fixed the main weapon M60E3 in the Old School outfit model distortion during reloading.

Fixed the M60E3 main weapon in the Old School outfit flash location.

Fixed the way of holding the M60E3 main weapon in the Old School outfit when the front grip is not installed.

Marksman Scout

Fixed the M14 main weapon in the Old School outfit flash location.

Assault Sterling

Fixed a bug that caused execution animation to play twice if you execute Sterling while he’s self-reviving.

Maps, missions, and bots changes

Round duration and time before capture point appearance reduced in Showdown:

  • round duration: 3 minutes;
  • time before capture point appearance: 2 minutes.

Polygon

Added a health, armor, and stamina restoration area.

Palm Road

Special Operation. Fixed the enemies with the bomb parts in the mission finale that were unable to come out.

Hospital

A new map was added to Onslaught mode.

All modes. Fixed collision near the car driver’s cabin.

All modes. Shootable-through areas in the destructible and indestructible covers are blocked.

Clearing, Special Operation. Fixed the disappearance of the remaining hostages after the first transport leaving.

Clearing, Special Operation. Fixed incorrect bipod positions in the clinic.

Village

All modes. Fixed incorrect camera behavior when approaching walls in arches.

Clearing, Special Operation. Removed the ability to get inside the car at the beginning of the scenario.

Special Operation. Reduced the Al-Thurir fighters’ pickup truck body height in comparison to the wheels.

Amal Harbor

All modes. Fixed being able to jump under the map in the hangar.

Clearing, Special Operation. Improved scenario:

  • Changed the battle in the hangar at the terminal protection stage.
  • Increased the number of fighters running to the gas valves.
  • Added bridgings for bots at the valves.
  • Added covers at terminals.
  • Added a Support Officer to Special Operation.
  • Added a bomb in the laboratory, which is launched after opening the gate to the second hangar. The bomb timer depends on the difficulty. When the timer expires, it will explode, causing a fire in the laboratory, resulting in the defeat of the team.

Clearing, Special Operation. Fixed animation of alarm lights after protecting terminals.

Onslaught. Fixed missing bipod effect on some covers.

Onslaught. Removed the bipod effect triggered outside of covers.

Onslaught. Fixed a situation when many enemies of the same type could come out from one position.

Onslaught. Fixed bots climbing onto curbs near the wire meshes.

Onslaught. It is no longer possible to get inside the object in the evacuation zone.

Onslaught. Fixed work of bipods in the laboratory.

Onslaught, Showdown, Ranked Battles. Fixed the lack of collision at the part of the destructible wall.

Al-Malik Hotel

Frontline. Closed passage to the small area in the center of the map.

Object 903

Map added to Onslaught mode.

All modes. You can no longer push through the control panel in the wheelhouse.

All modes. Operators no longer hang in the air when slowly moving from cover.

Frontline. When jumping over cover, you can no longer walk through a wall.

Frontline. The capture areas’ borders now are in compliance with their real dimensions.

Showdown, Ranked Battles. Fixed a bug due to which the base capture outline was always displayed.

Hacking. The hacking timer is set to 45 seconds, like on other maps.

Hacking. Non-obvious shootable-through areas in the destructible and indestructible covers are blocked.

Dam

All modes. Fixed gaps in the floor near the flaps that players move over.

Clearing, Special Operation. Adjusted the behavior of the engineer so that he no longer jumps off a hill.

Clearing, Special Operation. Fixed being able to jump inside the box in the final part of the mission.

Special Operation. Added missing jumping down point.

Onslaught. Fixed a bug where bots did not immediately leave their spawn locations.

Onslaught. Fixed being able to get inside a cover by jumping over an adjacent one.

Crossing

All modes. Removed the ability to jump under the map next to the car.

All modes. Fixed a bug that allowed operators to pass through objects when jumping over cover.

All modes. You can no longer get inside the cliff when jumping over cover.

Onslaught. Fixed inaction of bots in the round.

AI / Bots

Strengthened bots in Special Operation:

  • Bots’ weapons stats are now close to similar operators’ weapons stats. Now bots have increased damage, accuracy, and range of fire.
  • Increased bots’ Hit Points.
  • Bots now stay behind covers longer.

Onslaught. Bots’ spawn position choice algorithm has been improved.

Onslaught. Bots on Fighter and Veteran difficulties are weakened.

  • Fighter difficulty: Reduced damage dealt and firing accuracy.
  • Veteran difficulty: Reduced firing accuracy.

Onslaught. Fighter. Bots will no longer actively attack players during rounds that do not require defensive actions and during evacuation.

Onslaught. Veteran. Target bots will no longer actively attack players in target elimination rounds.

Language

Fixed punctuation in the description of some products in the store.

Interface

Updated tutorial screens:

  • Operator Development. The illustration has been updated: now it displays the required amount of materials at the current level.
  • Common Materials. Added an image of a transparent container.
  • Ranked Leagues. Added missing leagues in the artwork.
  • Daily Quests. The illustration has been replaced with a new one with the current rewards for the task.
  • Special Operation mode tasks. The illustration was replaced with a new one with the current rewards for the task, and the text was corrected.
  • Emblems, Operators’ Appearance, Emotes, Executions. The descriptions on the screens were corrected. The Basic and Awarded headings are removed from the Emblems screen. Added Army Surplus Container or Army Surplus event icons next to their respective mentions.
  • Medals. Emblems are now mentioned in the text.
  • Added periods to the descriptions of ranked showcases containers and boosters descriptions.

Historical camouflages can now be purchased in the game client.

The medic officer icon has been enlarged.

Fixed the position of the notification about the team elimination.

Sound

Added sounds for all operator’s emotions.

Changed operator’s concussion sound when stunned by a grenade.

Adjusted the shooting sounds in the rooms for different room sizes.

Showdown, Hacking, Frontline, Ranked Battles. No more enemy detection voice notifications during the starting cutscene.

Dam. Clearing, Special Operation. Fixed the absence of the corresponding announcer phrase when an engineer dies in a car.

General Changes

Changed rewards on account levels 13 to 24:

  • At level 13, the player receives a container with 4 random camouflages for a random collection. One camouflage can be selected and collected for free.
  • at level 14, the player receives credits boosters and a container. There are 5 slots in the container, each containing 20 consumables; the player can choose three slots for free.
  • at level 16, the player receives 7 consumables of each type and a container. The container contains 4 slots with random emblems.
  • at level 18, the player receives a container containing 4 slots with a random emote for a random collection of operators. One emote can be selected and collected for free.
  • at level 19, the player receives a container. There are 5 slots in the container, each containing 20 consumables; the player can choose three slots for free.
  • at level 21, the player receives 7 consumables of each type and a container. The container contains 4 slots with random executions for a random collection of operators. One execution can be selected and collected for free.
  • at level 23, the player receives 5 XP boosters.
  • at level 24, the player receives 5 credits boosters and a container. There are 5 slots in the container, each containing 20 consumables; the player can choose three slots for free.

The player’s team text chat is now saved in replays.

FX

Improved effects in Onslaught and Prologue cutscenes.

Fire effects have been replaced with better ones.

Animation

Added animation of hands when interacting with laptops.
