Arsenal: Mk 18 Battle Pass

Hello, everyone!

On July 15, Arsenal: Mk 18, a new Weapon Battle Pass, will come to Caliber.

The main reward will be a new Mk 18 assault rifle, a real construction kit. This weapon based on the M4 platform.

There are more than 60 modules for the Mk 18—more than for any other weapon in the game. Switch sights, muzzle equipment, laser designators, stocks, magazines, and other elements to adjust the rifle for different objectives and your playstyle.

The Battle Pass will be available from July 15 to September 23 (until the maintenance begins). You can find more info about new stuff below, along with a reminder about how the Battle Pass works.

If you read the article on your PC, feel free to use a side menu for quick navigation through sections.

MK 18 ASSAULT RIFLE

Mk 18 is a famous assault rifle with a shortened barrel designed for special forces. In Caliber, this weapon will be available for 13 operators of different classes.

Depending on the chosen modules, Mk 18 can be adapted for different objectives: from an aggressive playstyle at close range to accurate middle range firing.

Switch modules, adjust the rifle for different objectives, and assemble builds for your playstyle. Some modules will be available from the start, and the rest can be obtained from a new type of activity—Weapon Objectives.

But before we jump into details, let’s take a look at the full list of modules.

On the first stage, Weapon Objectives will be available for Mk 18 and one more rifle, which we will discuss in a separate article.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How is the XP required for Episode progression awarded?

The gauge is filled with XP equal to base XP granted for participating in battles. If you have active Premium, you’ll get a 30% XP bonus for your Battle Pass XP gauge.

So, if you earn 1000 basic XP (base XP gained after the battle without Premium and other boosters applied), your Battle Pass XP gauge will also be filled by 1000 points. If you have an active Premium, you can earn 30% more Battle Pass XP.
Can levels be bought?

Yes. You can buy the required amount of levels. This can be done by opening a Battle Pass Episode window in the game client and clicking on the level gauge. A Purchase Level button will appear to the right of the artwork depicting the rewards’ content.

The price of levels is proportional to the amount of XP needed for the next level. Exchange rate: 1 Coin for 10 Battle Pass XP.

That means that you can buy a level even if you have already gained some XP towards the next level.
What will happen if I complete the free section of the Episode, then buy the paid one?

All the rewards for the paid section of the Episode will be added to your account automatically. You won’t have to play through the Episode again.
Can I get Mk 18 for free?

Yes. Four Mk 18 rifles can be obtained from the free part of the Battle Pass. Another eight rifles are available in the paid part of the Episodes.
How Mk 18 can be obtained for Scout?

Mk 18 for Marksman Scout is available only on the website.
Will all modules for Mk 18 become available at once?

Some modules will be available from the start, and the rest can be obtained from the Weapon Objectives. We’ll share more info about the new system in a separate article.
Why there are different Mk 18 modules for different operators?

There are 60 modules for Mk 18 in total, but each operator has their own module set. For example, some operators have under-barrel grenade launchers as modules, some have grips and other elements available.
