In update 0.22.0, the exclusivity period for a number of items will expire, which means that they will get into the Army Surplus Container and become available for purchase for Fragments.

With the update release, there will be a guaranteed chance to get an Epic Outfit from an Army Surplus Container. If you open 69 Containers and still don’t get an Epic Outfit, then there is a 100% chance that you will find it in the next one.
