In-game bans
I was banned, but I wasn't using cheats. How do I make a ban appeal?

Since February 4th, 2021 Caliber is using an automatic player ban system. If you think that in your case the ban was applied erroneously, you can make an appeal:

  • Go to the ban appeal page at:  https://www.easy.ac/ru-ru/support/game/contact/appeal.
  • In the Game dropdown select Caliber RU.
  • Specify your Player ID.
  • Fill out your information with your name and e-mail.
  • Specify the reason for your appeal. There are four options: "I didn't cheat", "Someone else cheated on my account", "I cheated, but would like to remove the sanction", "Other reason".
How do I find my Player ID?

In one of the upcoming updates we'll add Player ID display to the game client. At present, it can be found in the logs, following the instructions below.

  • Press Win+R on the keyboard.
  • In the window that opens, copy the following to the Open field: %UserProfile%\AppData\LocalLow\1CGS\Caliber
  • In the folder that opens, open Player.log.
  • Once the file is open, press Ctrl+F to open the search window and input UserId.
  • The line with your UserId will get highlighted in green (see the screenshot). The numbers on that line are your Player ID.

I got banned for an early disconnect when my game crashed.

Unfortunately, the automatic system cannot discern the reason why you disconnected from the battle, be it conscious deserting or technical issues. We increased the time you have to return in order to minimize the amount of erroneous punishments. Right now, in order to avoid a penalty or a ban, you have three full minutes to return back to the battle.

If you keep encountering technical issues that lead to freezes and crashes, please contact support.
