Update 0.19.0: patch note

0.19.0 update has been released!

We are introducing New Strategy — the 7th Ranked Season, featuring the updated Hacking game mode. What’s new: an improved battle entry system, a new PvE version of the Al-Rabad map and a couple of updated Skills.

There is the new Prologue, a redesigned Assistance system, improved movement of robots and drones in the Frontline mode, a good number of bug fixes and so much more!

GENERAL CHANGES

  • The 7th ranked season “New Strategy” has begun.
  • Added Ranked Battles mode based on the updated version of Hacking.
  • Added a new battle entry system. Ranked Battles now feature selections and bans.
  • Updated the Assistance system displayed on the stats screen.
  • Reworked item rarity display.
  • The Village map has been renamed to Al-Rabad. Updated the PvE version of the map.
  • Updated all prologues with new missions, map geometry, cutscenes and operator dialogues.
  • Improved nav mesh in Frontline mode. Robots and drones can now move through the maps more freely.
  • Objective progress can now be viewed mid-combat by pressing [ESC].
  • Settings: Added the Accessibility section with an option to enable subtitles. Currently, they are available in all Prologues, PvE missions on Caravanserai, Al-Rabad and Forest maps, as well as in videos of the Tutorial section.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed players to unlock the Weekly Objective screen before reaching account level 12.
  • The Eagle Eye Ribbon has been removed from the game.
  • Settings: The Fire / Throw grenade action can no longer be bound to the mouse wheel.
  • Emotes can no longer be used during mission-specific animations (picking up/placing a laptop, searching an informant, etc.).
  • "Eliminate a Juggernaut bot with your secondary weapon" objective: Fixed a bug where the objective could be completed by eliminating any bot.
  • Fixed a bug where the "Let’s dance!" emote would cause some operators’ weapons to be stuck in mid-air.
  • Fixed a bug where the "Single-handedly incapacitate the entire enemy team during a round and win" objective could be completed in PvE.
  • Fixed a bug that caused operators’ hair and beards to be visible through smoke.
  • Fixed a bug that caused visual glitches (such as white lines and spots) to appear on emblems.
  • The "Breather" emote: Fixed animation of the left arm.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented players from purchasing customization items for operators they don’t own in the operator settings window.
  • Frontline: Fixed a bug that forced the operator to crouch when trying to pick up intel from an elevated location.

Daily objectives:

  • On stages 4 and 5, every objective now has alternative completion conditions.
  • Increased reward for completing the first 3 stages. The number of objectives on the first 2 stages has been reduced by 1.

  • Added a 20/30/40 HP regeneration cap.
Lone Wolf
  • Fixed a bug that disabled the damage resistance boost.
Regenerative Materials
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the skill from regenerating armor.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the number of regenerated armor points from increasing at higher skill levels.
Quick-Release Magazines
  • Fixed the skill description to reflect the fact that the reload speed improves for the secondary weapon as well, rather than just the primary one.
Mercilessness
  • Fixed a bug that prevented incoming bullet and explosion damage from being decreased while the skill was active.
Vengeance
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the skill from regenerating HP after eliminating an enemy.
Personal Priorities
  • Operators who equip identical primary and secondary weapons (the supports Bastion and Tibet) are no longer buffed by this skill.
Shoulder to Shoulder
  • Fixed a bug that caused the skill to reduce explosion damage.
Composite Armor Plates
  • Health regeneration reduced to 10/15/20 HP from 20/25/30 HP.
  • Reserve reload time increase: +10 seconds.

  • Added a +15% boost to sprint speed.
Expanding Bullets

  • Fixed the issue preventing skill activation whenever an operator applied a negative effect to themselves (for example, the Slowed effect and the Dense Fire ability of Matador the Support).
Tech Calibration
  • The skill no longer provides a damage boost.
  • Resilience boost decreased to 10/10/15 percent from 10/15/20 percent.
Ambush
  • Skill description changed: operators’ outlines and specialty icons are not displayed after they take a stable position with a bipod. These operators can be seen with the Marked effect.
Blood Rage
  • Fixed a bug that caused the skill to regenerate less health and stamina than stated in its description.
  • Fixed a bug that prevented the number of regenerated health and stamina points from increasing at higher skill levels.

  • Fixed a bug that caused a bot's weapon model to become stuck inside its body after death.
  • Updated textures for the Karkhad heavy fighter bot.
  • Fixed a bug that caused bots to climb walls.

  • Onslaught: fixed a bug that caused the field bonus to occasionally fall through cover if a bot had been killed in the process of climbing over.

SOUND

  • Annihilation: added a sound effect to accompany the activation of the "Personal Kit" bonus.
  • Added an announcer line stating that 30 points are required for victory.

KNOWN ISSUES

  • A visual bug that occasionally displays the "Collect Reward" buttons for premium objectives as active on non-premium accounts.
  • A bug that occasionally causes AI-controlled Monk and Stern to pass through a closed gate in the Prologue.
  • Picks and Bans: a bug that occasionally prevents the radial emote menu from closing on right click during the operator setup phase.
