Prepare for battle!
With the release of the 0.22.1 update, the new Knights of the Crown Battle Pass, featuring the British SAS unit, will be added to Caliber. All players at Account Level 11 or higher can participate in the Battle Pass.
With the release of the 0.22.1 update, a second British unit, SAS (Special Air Service) will be added to Caliber. These new operators were based on fighters who served in the then-obscure unit back in 1980.
Since the latest operator balance changes in version 0.21.1, we have been closely listening to your feedback and analyzing match statistics. We’ve drawn some conclusions and noted your requests. Now, we’re finally ready to tell you what’s going to change in version 0.22.0.
With update 0.17.0, The A-Group Legendary Outfits for the Alpha collection will appear in Caliber.
Spetsnaz of Belarus operators were introduced to Caliber players a long time ago, in September 2019. Their release was postponed several times for many reasons, and at some point, the developers even discussed canceling the collection. And only thanks to the persistent calls of the players to release the promised Belarusians, the collection does not vanish but appears in Caliber in version 0.13.0.
Caliber’s consultants and artists again indulge in nostalgia for the former times’ diversity of the world’s special forces’ appearance. A test ran a few months ago, when the legendary Afghan outfit for the 22SpN collection appeared in the game, showed that the players are interested in historical outfits. Now is the time for a new update of an operator collection look. This time, in the spirit of the 90s era in the US Navy.
On October 20th, Caliber starts the long-expected sale of the Nesher collection operator-esses for credits. From this day, they will be included in weekly force rotation one by one and then return to the list of the operators available for coins.
With the launch of The Wind From The East battle pass, Caliber introduces the operators from Arystan, a collection inspired by the eponymous special unit of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Before the release of the collection, we talked about the unique gameplay features of this unit. This material is devoted to the most curious items of equipment that Kazakh operators use both in Caliber and real life.
This is the second article dedicated to the new outfits for the British operator collection of Caliber. The article covers the characters equipment, while the first material was about the events that inspired the new look for the TFB four.
At first glance, the legendary outfit of TFB operators seems unhistorical, unrealistic, and in some ways even fictitious. However, it’s not. As before, when working on legendaries, Caliber artists show a little more freedom than when creating historical (or canon) camouflages. But, as always, at the heart of the legendary TFBs is realism and authenticity.
The Arystan collection will be available in Caliber on September 8th, with the new Battle Pass, The Wind From The East. It will bring a second character with a shield, the first grenade launcher that deals damage through covers, and special gear and abilities that have no counterparts will appear in the game.
From July 14 to 21, Sterling, the assault of the TFB collection, is available in the store on the Caliber website for a favorable price. The set consists of the operator himself and the set of materials enough to fully upgrade this character.
You can acquire three operators for credits from July 7th to July 14th:
The Spartan legendary outfit for the KSK collection is operators in the most modern equipment, which is already in service with the Bundeswehr or being tested for the German armed forces. While the standard KSK outfit in Caliber is the special forces of 2010, Spartan is the special forces of 2020. In this article, we talk, briefly, with examples from real life, about the most interesting parts of the outfit of the new collection.
From June 30 to July 7, you can buy the Support Bourbon from the SEAL collection on favorable terms in the Caliber website store. The set consists of the operator himself and materials enough to upgrade this character in full.
